By accessing and using the Authentic Gemstone website (authenticgemstone.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. Authentic Gemstone is operated by Lim Gems Factory, based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Authentic Gemstone provides wholesale gemstone sales, precision cutting and calibration services, and custom gemstone sourcing. Our website serves as an informational platform and inquiry channel. Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice and are confirmed only upon formal quotation.

• All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing is quoted in USD unless otherwise specified and is subject to market fluctuations in gemstone rough pricing.
• An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or written acceptance of payment terms.
• Custom cutting orders (stones cut to your specific requirements) are non-cancellable once production has commenced.

• New clients: payment in full before shipment via wire transfer.
• Established accounts: Net 30 payment terms may be extended at our discretion based on order history.
• We accept wire transfers in USD, EUR, and THB.
• Late payments may incur a charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

All shipments are sent via insured courier (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) with full insurance coverage and customs documentation. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the designated carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our quoted pricing.

• Stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they do not match the agreed specifications.
• Stones must be returned in their original condition, unset and undamaged.
• Custom-cut orders (produced to your specifications) are non-returnable unless they fail to meet the agreed calibration tolerances.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving returned goods.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

We make every effort to accurately describe our gemstones, including colour, clarity, size, and treatment status. However, gemstones are natural products and individual stones may vary. Photographs on our website are representative and may not reflect the exact appearance of the stones you receive. All formal specifications are provided in writing at the time of quotation.

We disclose all known treatments applied to our gemstones, in accordance with industry standards set by CIBJO and national gemological associations. Heat treatment, the most common enhancement for sapphires and rubies, is disclosed on all documentation. Stones described as "unheated" or "untreated" have not undergone any known treatment, and we recommend independent laboratory certification to verify treatment status for high-value purchases. Rough is sourced through verified dealer and miner networks with documented supply chains.

All content on the Authentic Gemstone website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Lim Gems Factory and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Authentic Gemstone and Lim Gems Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific goods or services giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
